The Memorial 5K is a not-for-profit, volunteer organized race that benefits our area veterans and the families of our fallen heroes.  Our 3rd Annual Memorial 5K Run/Walk is set for Sunday, May 26, 2024.  Sign up now and support the mission!

The Veterans of Lake Barrington Shores and active-duty service members will conduct a brief ceremony of remembrance prior to the running of our unique 5K race.  The racecourse, through the Lake Barrington Shores community, has been certified by U.S. Track and Field and will be professionally chip timed.  

All participants will receive a race tech shirt and a beautiful finishers medal as part of their registration.  Proceeds from your race registration will benefit the charitable efforts of the Veterans of Lake Barrington Shores and a direct donation to our 2024 race charity, (soon to be selected).
